Why is it only pre-order at the moment?

Since we're used to selling at markets and fairs, we're slowly ramping up our retail presence online. In order to gauge demand and interest, we're taking pre-orders a few months at a time and dropping the orders together so that we can guarantee fulfillment and quality. As time goes on, we plan to have rapid fulfillment so that there's no longer a wait time!

How come the HOT-TAG 64 only supports Hot Wheels Premium cars? 

We get this question a lot. In short, it's because the blister pack (the plastic case for the car) is only standardized for Hot Wheels Premium vehicles. This meant that it's the easiest to design for, and it's also the highest quality blister pack out of the other product types that Hot Wheels offers. 

Where can I purchase Hot Wheels Premium cars? 

Great question. There are a lot of places that you can find these vehicles. Amazon, Target, Walmart, eBay, and various car hobby shops both online and offline. We can't point you in a specific direction, but a quick Google search can yield plenty of results. Take your time too! There are so many awesome Hot Wheels vehicles out there, and you only have so much space to display all of them...unless you buy more cases!

Do you take customization requests? 

Yes, we totally do! Not for every product, but depending on the need and quantity, we can definitely work something out. At the moment, the VISTA 64 offers the easiest customization with the option to laser etch any design (within reason) that you want on the front lip of the aluminum stand.
