Return Policy

At Minicas Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand your options and responsibilities.

1. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date the product was delivered to your address (according to carrier tracking information). Items must be shipped back to us promptly after a return is approved. If the item is not shipped within 7 days of the label being sent, then the return will be nullified. 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • No Fee Returns: We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Prepaid Labels: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us for inspection.

3. Change of Mind & Non-Defective Returns

For standard returns (e.g., changed your mind, item didn’t fit your needs, or you no longer want the product):

  • Restocking Fee: A standard 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

4. Defective Claims Discrepancy (Important Notice)

To prevent policy abuse, all returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

  • False Claims: If an item is returned under the claim of being "defective" or "damaged," but our team inspects it and finds no faults or defects, the return will be reclassified as a non-defective return.

  • Deductions: In these cases, the standard 15% restocking fee PLUS the actual cost of the return shipping label provided by Minicas Studio will be deducted from your final refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@minicas.studio with your order number, photos of the item (if claiming a defect), and the reason for your return.

Please do not mail items back to us without receiving an authorized return label first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
